Healthy cookies made with oat flour and sweetened with maple syrup.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together tahini and maple syrup. Add oats, salt, and spices. Then mix in nuts and chocolate, and let dough rest for a minute.
Form into balls and place on baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until very lightly brown on top.
